15:00 EDT: Service has been restored in the region as of 15:00 EDT but response times remain elevated.  Engineers are still investigating the underlying cause for the initial incident, and are working to return the cluster to normal performance levels.

13:22 EDT: We are currently experiencing slow to no response time from US-West2 California server. We are working to resolve this issue ASAP.
