11:32 AM EST: Shoptech Engineers are deploying a new build of E2 Shop to resolve the issue related to local service usage with the E2 Shop Hosted platform. No data is affected by this process.

07:30 AM EST: A service issue has been reported for the E2 Shop Hosted platform that affects physical Data Collection terminals. All software methods for Data Collection are unaffected at this time.

The root cause of this problem has been found and Shoptech Engineers are working to provide a solution.
